This residential complex of eight detached houses is developed over two levels: ground floor and first floor. The architectural design adapts to the natural slope of the land through a stepped layout of the houses, ensuring a respectful integration with the surroundings. The complex includes detached and semi-detached houses, carefully designed to enhance the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. In all the houses, the ground floor acts as the main level of use, where the daytime programme is concentrated. Pedestrian and vehicle access is individually adapted to the slope of the land, with specific solutions (steps or ramps) in each house, depending on its location on the plot. Each house has a semi-covered parking area located at ground floor level, directly connected to the interior. The interior space is organised around a large open area that incorporates the living room, dining room, and kitchen, in direct relation to the outside through private terraces. A double bedroom and a complete bathroom complete the functional programme of this floor. In addition to the interior spaces, each house incorporates exterior areas designed to increase comfort and daily use: private gardened areas, semi-covered laundry spaces, outdoor living areas linked to the dining rooms, and a solarium area next to the pool. These spaces complement the interior living and reinforce the connection between architecture and the immediate surroundings. The upper floor houses the night-time area. In the detached houses, there are three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, whereas in the semi-detached houses the programme is reduced to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms have generous storage spaces, and the master bedrooms, and in many cases also the secondary bedrooms, open onto private exterior terraces, improving cross ventilation and expanding the usable space. The first floor is connected to the ground floor by a two-flight staircase. The architectural design unifies all the houses through simple volumetry and a coherent formal reading. The composition of the openings in the façade follows a logic of uniform height between floor structures, reinforcing the unified aesthetic of the complex.
