The electrical installation will provide a comprehensive system with multiple light points, power outlets, and controllers, adhering to technical regulations.

The plumbing system will feature copper or polyethylene pipes, shut-off and lock valves in wet areas, and appliances, as well as a hot water system powered by solar panels. The kitchen will be outfitted with quality appliances, and the bathrooms will feature high-standard fittings, including an Italian shower and renowned brands of faucets.

Interior surfaces will be treated with smooth plastic paint for a contemporary look. Additionally, a rectangular pool will be constructed with gunite, finished with selected mosaics, a stairway for easy access, and a filtration pump to maintain cleanliness.
