The latest series represents a leap forward, with our new development on Calle Pep Ventura being our inaugural wooden structure, as well as the first of its kind in the city. This building features seven three-bedroom apartments, each with large terraces.

Advantages of a New Building in Pep Ventura

This state-of-the-art building offers two apartments per floor and a penthouse, with terraces reaching up to 77 square meters. Each apartment comprises three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and constructed areas ranging from 82 to 127 square meters, not including the terraces. While the finishes maintain the same high quality and premium range as our other developments, the unique factor lies in the wooden framework and interior walls.
