The central island includes a large-format sink by Blanco, retractable titanium faucet, and an osmosis system, complemented by a built-in countertop extractor. The utility room is furnished with custom cabinetry that accommodates a washer, dryer, laundry basket, and cleaning supply storage.

Bathrooms exhibit suspended washbasins, wall-embedded titanium fixtures, and minimalist resin shower bases. The main suite showcases a large-format continuous porcelain shower and custom oak wood furniture. Terraces offer walkable surfaces with coordinating flooring and clear glass railings for unobstructed views.

LED inset lighting enhances the ambiance, with additional exterior fixtures. Systems are in place for solar panel preinstallation, water softening, kitchen osmosis, and rainwater and gray water collection. These homes are prepared for electric vehicle charging and feature a video intercom system.

Comfort is paramount with underfloor heating powered by an aerothermal system, and inverter air conditioning maintaining optimal temperatures.
