Urbenia Serveis immobiliaris was founded in October 2009, at the height of the well-known real estate crisis. Many considered it risky to launch a real estate project in such an environment, but the company chose to approach this challenge differently.
The company aimed to redefine the negative perception of the sector by focusing primarily on the human factor. Urbenia's main goal was to create a team of professional consultants, not just salespeople. This team was tasked with gaining the trust of clients and demonstrating their effectiveness, aiming for client loyalty.
Despite the external status of the crisis, the real estate market is constantly evolving, and Urbenia chose to be flexible, entrepreneurial, and creative. Over the years, this decision proved to be correct.
Since opening its first agency in Mataró (El Maresme, Barcelona), Urbenia Serveis Immobiliaris has come a long way. Today, it is a full-service 360-degree agency with a developed infrastructure and an experienced team, offering a full range of services for property sales and rentals.
