Habitaclia is not a real estate agency but a web portal where offers from various Spanish agencies are concentrated. It connects buyers and sellers without charging a commission as an intermediary in the contracting process.
On its online portfolio, you can find new construction properties, lease-to-own options, rentals, seasonal leases, or transfers throughout Spain for homes, offices, commercial and industrial premises, land and plots, parking spaces, investments, unique properties, and businesses. It is the reference real estate space in the Mediterranean area. Its leadership in the region caught the attention of Adevinta, the owner of Fotocasa, Milanuncios, and InfoJobs. In 2017, the conglomerate acquired the Spanish firm, retaining its employees and allowing them to work independently as before.
The portal's figures support the transaction. More than 18 million monthly visits to the content, with around 5,000 sector clients advertising and creating more than 200,000 publications, for over 4 million unique users per month. The acquisition elevated and crowned Adevinta as the largest real estate showcase in Spain, with figures exceeding 180 million monthly visits across all its brands.
