New building work underway. Our residential project features a gated community that emphasizes open spaces, with communal areas and a swimming pool. The complex includes paved walkways and landscaped areas.

The houses in our project offer 196 square meters of built space:

- Ground Floor: a living-dining room, spacious kitchen, office, restroom, and entrance hall. Parking area for two vehicles. A 50 m² backyard garden.

- First Floor: consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.

- Attic with access to a terrace: optional

The city provides five public schools, four nursery schools, two secondary education institutes, and an adult school. Cultural amenities include a library, cultural center, play center, and youth center. Sports facilities encompass an indoor sports center, two outdoor sports complexes, a summer pool, an indoor pool, and two football fields.
