New construction Residencial Fragmentos del Guadiana in Ayamonte

The objective of this project is the construction of 22 townhouses, developed in the first phase of the partial plan of sector 4B-2 in a city in Spain. The homes are organized in a row of horizontal buildings, with three above-ground floors dedicated exclusively to residential use, with no commercial premises or underground floors. Access to each home is individual and direct from the public road, without the need for lobbies or neighbors' community areas.

Each home consists of three bedrooms, distributed between the ground and first floors, depending on the type. Additionally, there is a bathroom or guest toilet on each of these floors, and an open loft on the second floor. The common areas include a spacious living-dining room, an open kitchen integrated into the living-dining room, an interior patio, and several covered or uncovered terraces, distributed among the various floors, depending on the type.
