In 1986, they transitioned to a franchise model, and in 1994, TECNOCASA arrived in Spain, maintaining the principles set in Italy. Their first office in Spain opened in Barcelona.

In early 2022, TECNOCASA opened an office in the Roquetes district of Barcelona. They aim to become reliable consultants for the residents of the area, offering free property valuations and purchase consultations without obligations.
