New construction Madreselva in Burjassot

We offer a new way of life. A building with 14 residences, featuring studios, and 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, designed with sustainable and high-energy efficiency criteria. Its strategic location is in the heart of Burjassot, close to the UV Campus and large green spaces, just 800 meters from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the center of Valencia. The principles of circular economy and low carbon footprint have been applied with the use of sustainable materials in its construction, such as wood, and the use of renewable energies, minimizing its environmental impact throughout the building's life cycle. The project creates a balance between private life and community living, with shared areas that promote interaction among neighbors, such as a spacious communal rooftop terrace with barbecue area, various shared zones within the building, and a community patio on the ground floor for socializing and coexistence among residents.
