The opportunity to build a home in a cooperative regime is now available, offering property sizes of 135, 160, or 180 square meters. The project includes the construction of 30 single-family terraced houses, along with 30 parking spaces and 30 storage rooms in a single basement, exclusively for cooperative members, all surrounding a central public municipal garden. The urban development of the sector is underway to facilitate construction. Construction is expected to start in 2026, with home delivery not before the end of 2027.

As a participatory cooperative, decisions are made by its members, without the involvement of a development company, to define the homes they aspire to live in. The goal is to provide members with the best possible homes at strict cost price; modern yet inspired by classic village homes, with spacious interiors and courtyards, regardless of the maximum buildable area. Although a definitive quality specification isn't available yet, the aim is to build medium-high quality houses with a focus on envelope and energy efficiency. Final home prices will reflect actual incurred costs. Based on the current budget, estimated prices including garage and storage are: €280,000 for Type A, €320,000 for Type B, and €360,000 for Type C.

An architectural office has initiated drafting the Basic and Execution Project to meet the needs and preferences communicated by the members. Imagery and house plans released are preliminary concepts and will evolve. The cooperative does not operate for profit, ensuring that members receive modern, quality homes. The cooperative, registered in February 2022, works with comprehensive real estate management and advisory companies.
