Their roots date back to the early 1970s with the development group Akra Urbana, a real estate company with over 50 years of experience, based in the city of Alicante on the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
The expertise of the Akra Urbana group in residential development and land management has provided Quadratia with the business acumen and necessary management, technical, and commercial skills to ensure the same capabilities in sourcing and development management.
In the early 1970s, their most iconic projects were located in the area of Alicante, especially in Playa de San Juan, where they were pioneers of the resort residential concept aimed at families who desired homes with large terraces, generous communal areas, and spacious gardens.
