HusmanHagberg is the result of a meeting between two real estate agents. One of them operates on the southern outskirts of Stockholm, while the other is located in the north. Lennart Hagberg and Mats Dahlström first met at a Mäklarsamfundets board meeting, where they discovered a shared passion for the profession. They began exchanging ideas, collaborating on marketing strategies and organizing events for their teams, with competitive elements such as "Husman vs Hagberg." This collaboration gave rise to the HusmanHagberg franchise.

What started with four offices in Stockholm in 1997 has grown to more than 100 offices, including six in Spain.
