This communication serves as a crucial warning regarding the business practices of @Noeliarenas Real Estate. We strongly advise extreme caution when engaging with this agency, particularly concerning financial transactions and collaborative agreements.

We have serious concerns about @Noeliarenas Real Estate's handling of funds and their respect for established collaborative arrangements. Specifically, we have experienced and received reports of:

Misappropriation of funds entrusted to them.

Failure to honor promised commissions owed to collaborating real estate offices.

In a recent instance, Our team dedicated significant time and resources, including a €200 investment for an architect consultation to assess a property's development potential for a registered client. This involved three visits to a property bearing Noellia Real Estate's signage. It was later revealed that despite the signage, @Noeliarenas Real Estate admitted to operating without a signed, exclusive contract with the property owner, relying solely on a verbal agreement—a practice we believe is in contravention of @MLSasivega regulations.

Furthermore, @Noeliarenas Real Estate attempted to circumvent established collaborative protocols by directly engaging with our registered client without our knowledge or consent. This unethical conduct was compounded by their subsequent failure to honor a previously agreed-upon commission payment, even after attempting to resolve the situation with a nominal sum. Wich also dind´t complete !

We are now pursuing action to recover the rightfully owed commission, as stipulated by @MLSasivega rules. Beyond this individual case, we believe that @MLSasivega should take decisive action to address and prevent such unethical practices by its members. Specifically, we strongly recommend the expulsion of @Noeliarenas Real Estate from @MLSasivega. Such practices erode trust within the real estate community and harm both collaborating agencies and clients.

Therefore, we urge all clients and collaborating real estate offices to exercise utmost caution when dealing with @Noeliarenas Real Estate. Be vigilant and protect your interests. We believe transparency is paramount, and we feel compelled to share our experience to safeguard others from potential harm. We also urge @MLSasivega to consider the damage such practices inflict on its reputation and the need to maintain high ethical standards within its membership.
