Gesmorent arises from the mind, heart and hard work of Chechu Osinalde, as great projects usually arise, from a need turned into an opportunity.

Chechu knows every milestone, every advance, every challenge and every rebirth of this company that, after years of effort, ups and downs, ideas and courage, today stands as the undisputed leader in the sector of purchase, sale and rental of warehouses, premises, plots and offices in Mallorca.

The need to sell personal property was the catalyst, the reason behind the emergence of Gesmorent. That initial sale opened our eyes to a world to explore: the real estate sector in industrial estates.

After countless hours of work and study, Gesmorent manages to specialize in the rental of industrial warehouses.

And so, the warehouses were followed by commercial premises. These were followed by real estate development projects. And to these, the solar ones.

However, as happens in great love stories, in 2009 a great challenge arose in the form of a crisis. It was time to restart from scratch and start anew, but we believe that everything was necessary to strengthen us even more, renew our momentum and keep our philosophy of transparency and commitment intact.
