Standalone Account
This is the free version that can be downloaded and started by registering on the official Resales Online website. It provides capabilities to:
- Create an unlimited number of accounts.
- Assign and restrict privileges for each user.
- Add corporate logos and unique email signatures.
- Upload properties manually or via an XML gateway.
- Link properties to the agency's official website.
- Manage contacts, tasks, and appointments.
- Create notifications and print property cards.
- Get technical support through specialized articles and chat with the Resales Online team.
Network Account
The paid software version offers various subscription plans for real estate professionals. A subscription at €150 per month, €825 every 6 months, or €1,500 per year provides the following features:
- Multiple Listing Service (MLS) feature.
- Enhanced buying and selling capabilities through a network of over 1,234 agents.
- Access to a list of over 16,000 properties.
- Automatic commission agreement generation.
- Access to other agents' lists and built-in messenger system.

I read the previous comment and I believe they didn't understand how works. This software is the best I seen on this sector. I suggest contact with them and inform yourself.
They are the best Spain has to offer but not nearly on par with other countries real estate management software
Perjudica seriamente a las agencias inmobiliarias ya que cualquier persona que aún no conociendo el funcionamiento de una agencia y no teniendo propiedades para vender esta gente te ofrece propiedades de otras agencias permitiendo que gente sin ninguna idea ni profesionalidad se dedique a vender
Te ofrecen una versión gratuita, pero antes de activarla y de que puedas probarla te llama un comercial para que contrates la versión de pago. Aun intentando explicarle (que no tendrÃa por que hacerlo) los motivos para no necesitar en este momento la versión de pago, el comercial sigue con su cantinela y supedita la activación a la contratación del servicio de pago. Un fraude.
Software de gran utilidad para el trabajo interagencias. Lo utilizamos en la nuestra desde hace años y seguriemos con ellos.
Cómo punto a mejorar, la versión móvil y la velocidad de carga de la web, a veces es un tanto lenta.
A nightmare...customer service is only via chat, to import properties from Inmobalia means endless chats with complex instructions that only an IT professional can understand, they send you sheets in numbers so you have to send them back and forth, no way to share with them....every little thing you need to do takes forever and a day....I truly hope my boss makes the decision to get us out of Resales...as an admin with the normal IT knowledge it is impossible to work with these people. The search functions are confusing, with search 1.0 search 2.0 and other search options, no explanations on the differences and the list of complications and glitches goes on for miles. Definitely not user-friendly, I hate it.
La experiencia con Resales Online ha sido decente hasta ahora. No tengo quejas importantes, pero tampoco nada especialmente destacable.
Su sistema también cuenta con una interfaz conveniente, una versión móvil y la capacidad de exportar datos a varios formatos, lo que la hace aún más atractiva para su uso. También estamos contentos de poder trabajar cómodamente con personas en 10 idiomas. Ellos actualizan su software semanalmente según las sugerencias de sus clientes, lo cual también nos ha alegrado mucho.
Su sistema ofrece la posibilidad de personalizar los privilegios de usuario, lo que permite que cada empleado acceda solo a las funciones necesarias, garantizando la seguridad de los datos. Estamos muy satisfechos con el sistema integrado de base de conocimientos y soporte al cliente, que nos ayuda a resolver rápidamente cualquier pregunta o problema que surja durante el proceso de trabajo con bienes raÃces.
He utilizado Resales Online durante un tiempo y, aunque cumple su función básica, a veces me gustarÃa que fuera un poco más rápido en la carga de datos
