Occupancy conditions or any hindrances affecting the ability of technical personnel to visit the property freely would obstruct: (i) its official appraisal as required by applicable regulations; thus, financial funding against this property would not be feasible while occupancy situations persist, necessitating alternative guarantees should financing be sought; and (ii) the seller's ability to obtain an energy efficiency certificate.
