This positions Alicante as the fourth province in Spain in terms of new housing volume, following Madrid, Barcelona, and Málaga. Almoradí follows closely with prices around 850 €/m², and Monovar slightly above 850 €/m². Callosa de Segura exceeds 880 €/m². The lowest average price per square meter in the province is around 1,200 €/m², while in high-demand areas such as Moraria and Punta Prima, prices surpass 2,300 €/m².
