Methodology

To prepare this report, the new build page for the town of Moraira on EstateNearMe was consulted, and each individual record was accessed. A total of 31 promotions of newly built homes (mainly single-family houses/villas) located in the residential areas of Benimeit-Tabaira, Pinar de Advocat-Cometa, and El Portet de Moraira were analyzed. The following data was taken from each record:

  • Number of units and bedrooms, built area, and sale price.

  • Construction status and year of delivery when indicated.

  • Facilities (swimming pool, garden, elevator, gym, basement, storage room, etc.) and quality specifications stated in the quality report.

  • Energy certification and climate control systems.

  • Developer responsible for the construction.

This information was used to create statistics and percentages on the supply of new build homes in Moraira and to identify the most relevant stakeholders.

Annual Production

Most promotions do not indicate a specific delivery date. Only three records indicate an estimated year (2026) – Villa FNX, Villa CBS571, and Villa in Moraira – all currently under construction. No expected deliveries were found for 2025 or 2027. The table shows the distribution:
