To prepare this report, the new build page for the town of Moraira on EstateNearMe was consulted, and each individual record was accessed. A total of 31 promotions of newly built homes (mainly single-family houses/villas) located in the residential areas of Benimeit-Tabaira, Pinar de Advocat-Cometa, and El Portet de Moraira were analyzed. The following data was taken from each record:
