Additionally, Granfield Estate offers a concierge service to ensure the security of the properties in the absence of the owners. This service includes monthly site visits, condition reports, key storage and mail collection for a monthly fee of €24.

For those who are not community residents, Granfield Estate offers a residence with a team of three professionals, including a lawyer, an advisor and an administrator. This team works in each case to propose an ideal plan, with guarantees formalized in the contract with the company.
