What is Polígono y Parcela?
It is a real estate portal where you can buy, sell or rent a rural property. Its specialization includes land with hunting nets, for the encirclement of wild boars or with singular characteristics such as plots for hunting, plots with marshes, natural reservoirs and wells. In addition, it is possible to find non-developable plots with permits in force of the Technical Hunting Plan, Forestry Management Plan or with special Farm. Its real estate portfolio has all kinds of luxury constructions, with cutting rooms, chicken coops and even mills. An olive farm in Jaén, an irrigated farm in Xixona (Alicante) or a vineyard in Granada. The most peculiar properties are possible on this website. How does it work?

As it says on its home page "Start cultivating your future". The search engine allows, through a free text line, to start exploring the properties of Polígono and Parcela by area. The system only allows you to include the name of the province or municipality after choosing the desired modality: purchase/sale, lease or recreation. Example: Click on "Lease" and then type "Valencia" to create the list of properties.

For an advanced and exhaustive search, it is possible to include filters, since the portal allows users to choose between:

Type of land. Rainfed, irrigated, rainfed olive grove, irrigated, vineyard, rainfed fruit trees, hunting use, greenhouse, agri-food industry, other or all.
Price. To specify the economic offer, it is possible to select between: to negotiate (when the owner is open to some kind of deal between the parties, to sell or lease the plot). Farms from 0€ to 800.000€. In hectares, surfaces from 0 to more than 1.000.
In the preview of each of the ads you can see if it has an offer, since when it is available, the price, the square meters, the most outstanding photograph and a direct contact with the owner or real estate agency offering the property.

Once inside the publication it is possible to know all the available content of the property: the reference, more images, include it in favorites, the information of the property (type - if it is for sale or rent -, surface, characteristics, extras, description of the owner). It is also possible to check the exact location of the property, through an interactive map.
