Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is located between Torre-Pacheco and the coastal town of Los Alcázares. The resort is designed around a green area of no less than 124,000 m². The radiant center is the 16,000 m² lagoon with crystal clear water, white sandy beaches and palm trees. There are two islands in the lagoon, one of which has a pool bar. There will be chiringuitos (beach bars) around the lagoon. Other facilities at the resort include walking and cycling trails, padel and tennis courts, a mini golf course, gardens, recreation areas, children's play areas, a clubhouse and a dog walking park. The resort has security and is only accessible to residents. The first homes will be delivered in 2022.
