In 1960, in Vigo, one of the first Real Estate Agencies emerged, known as "POSADA". For more than sixty years, the company has played a fundamental role in the great urban development of Vigo and its surroundings. They have participated in the creation of important building developments, both new construction and rehabilitation of historic buildings in the city, as well as in the construction of large urbanizations, even outside Galicia.

From the beginning, "POSADA" has strived to satisfy the wishes of its clients, listening to them and advising them on the sale, purchase or rental of any property, always in a clear and simple manner, without small print. The loyalty and trust of their clients are their greatest asset, and many of them recommend them as a serious and effective company.

Over the years, "POSADA" has been constantly adapting its offices to keep up to date with new work methods, seeking to be a modern and updated company.

Currently, the company is located in one of the main and commercial streets of the city, at Urzaiz nº 43 – ground floor.
