Cuidado con entregar reserva de piso en esta inmobiliaria!!! Después te dan vueltas para no devolverte el dinero, ni entregando documentación oficial del banco de denegación de hipoteca! A día de hoy tendremos que ir por la OCU para que devuelvan nuestro dinero. Tened mucho cuidado y que lo especifiquen en el contrato, ya que en el que te hacen tiene cláusulas leoninas (visto por nuestro abogado). CUIDADO! El comercial que os enseñe la casa os asegurará unas condiciones que después en la oficina un tal Francisco dirá todo lo contrario y de malas maneras! así que todo lo que habléis será en vano.
