In 1997, a visionary entrepreneur with experience from a prestigious law firm decided to start his own business. With such vision and determination, he founded Estrada y Asociados, a real estate agency in the heart of Hospitalet de Llobregat.

The adventure, born from one man's dream, quickly flourished. The following years brought significant success to the agency, expanding to five offices due to hard work and relentless ambition.

However, the road to success was not without challenges. The economic crisis of 2008 posed a serious test, forcing the company to make tough decisions. Four of their offices had to close, leaving only one standing. But instead of giving up, this situation taught them resilience and adaptability.

Today, Estrada y Asociados continues its operations with even greater enthusiasm.
