Development Vista Azul XXXVII Spa y Nature new construction in Guardamar del Segura

We are pleased to present our new project, VISTA AZUL XXXVII SPA & NATURE, in the El Raso urbanization in Guardamar del Segura – Alicante. It is a residential complex with 175 homes featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with spacious terraces to enjoy our climate.

This new residential development will have expansive communal areas where residents can relax by the large summer pool or in the heated spa. Children can enjoy the 'Vista Azul Park,' and fitness enthusiasts will have access to a gym area with bio-healthy machines and a 'Putting Green Golf' to practice their swing. VISTA AZUL XXXVII Spa & Nature will be located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Blanca – South, in the town of Guardamar del Segura-Alicante, next to the Natural Park of Las Lagunas de La Mata, a protected natural space perfect for relaxation, walks, and visits to its interpretation center to learn about the beautiful place where thousands of migratory birds pass through every year.

In this town bathed by the blue waters of the Mediterranean, you can swim in its more than 11 km of fine sandy beaches and stroll in its 800-hectare dune forest composed mainly of pines, eucalyptus, and palms. All of this makes the coastline unique for enjoying and wanting to live here.

Guardamar del Segura is located in the southern part of the Costa Blanca, just a 25-minute drive from Alicante International Airport, with the warmest waters in the Spanish Mediterranean. The average water temperature is around 26ºC in August, dropping to about 18ºC in the winter months. It is not uncommon to see bathers in the low season, especially coming from central and northern Europe, enjoying our mild winters.

Guardamar del Segura offers more than just beaches; we also have a wide range of tourism options, including gastronomy, culture, and history with archaeological sites from Phoenicians, Arabs, and Romans. For sports enthusiasts, there are several 18-hole golf courses a few kilometers from our town, such as 'La Marquesa Golf,' 'La Finca Golf,' and 'Vistabella Golf.' Water sports enthusiasts can also enjoy a variety of activities at the 'Puerto Marina de las Dunas' (sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing, motor boating, etc.).
